To access the processes and resources within the Living@TU Portal, you will need to use your TU Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials.

Unable to login?

If you're unable to login, please use NetID Management to make sure you've activated your NetID or to retrieve a forgotten password.

If you see the Login to StarRez Portal Failed error, it could be one of two issues:

  • If you logged in with your TU email address and password, your enrollment deposit hasn’t been processed yet. This usually takes five hours after we receive your payment.
  • If you weren't prompted to log in, you may be logged in with a different Microsoft account. To resolve this, clear your browser cache and try again.

Housing Eligibility

Students who have submitted their Enrollment Deposit will have access to housing applications and housing request forms. Visit the housing eligibility page for more information about your eligibility to live in university housing.
